Chiropractic Physician in Bloomingdale, IL – Board-Certified in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation

Last weekend I attended the Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor Certification in Rosemont.  It was a class highly recommended by my colleagues and it did not disappoint.  Becoming anti-fragile and raising your threshold is key, especially after a back injury, so that normal tasks don’t “throw your back out.”  Check out this video to learn more about using kettlebells.  I even threw in a bonus exercise of the Waiter’s Bow Hip Hinge and Deadlift that you can try at home!
