You need to move often and move well to stay healthy.  We can coach you on how to keep your body in balance and improve your fitness through group and one-on-one settings.  Our strength and conditioning coach, Sam Flores Jr, is a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant, FMS Level 1 Certified (Functional Movement Screen), Level 2 Certified in TRX Suspension Training and also has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Northern Illinois University.
