Week 8: Cross Training

4 minute run, 1 minute walk, complete 3.25 miles 2x in addition to our group run, also cross-train for at least 30 minutes 1x.

Cross Training Ideas:

  • Elliptical
  • Cycling (stationary or outside)
  • Rowing Machine
  • Swimming
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Spinning
  • Cross Fit or Bootcamp Class
  • Dancing
  • Zumba
  • Playing with the kids in the yard or playground
