Step 1: Keeping your spine in a neutral position, without your head being forward and looking down, is important for keeping your spine healthy. Pay attention to your posture and raise your phone up to eye level to reduce slouching.
Step 2: Research has also recently revealed that even with perfect posture, your connective tissues, muscles and discs along your spine need continual movement to hydrate and stay pain-free. Otherwise they start to dry out and are more prone to injury. Make sure you get up and move at least for 60 seconds every half an hour. It can just be stretching your arms overhead or taking a walk to get some water. Just move!
Step 3: Get adjusted regularly! Chiropractic adjustments help reverse the strain placed on your spine with cell phone use by getting your joints moving and helping restore the natural motion to the area.
