Week 8: Cross Training
Beginner: 1 min walk, 4 min run, complete 3.25 miles 2x in addition to our group run, also cross-train for at least 30 minutes 1x.
Advanced: Maintain moderate paced run for 45 minutes (approx 10k pace), try a cross-training class/activity that you have not tried within the last 6 months!
Cross Training Ideas:
- Cycling (stationary or outside)
- Rowing Machine
- Cross Fit or Bootcamp Class
- Playing with the kids in the yard or playground
