Here's What You Need To Know About How We Handle Pricing
We've made the decision to stay out-of-network with all major health insurance plans, except Medicare Part B. We believe it's the best way to ensure we have more time for an unhurried experience with patients, a wider range of treatment options available for them, lower overall cost than most in-network providers and less insurance red tape!
We are happy to submit your claims to most insurance plans and you’ll receive any reimbursement in the mail directly from them.
One of the benefits of being an out-of-network provider is that we are able to offer a simplified flat-fee pricing schedule. Our current pricing is listed below on this page. If you have further financial questions, please contact us. We are happy to make sure our practice is the right fit for you!

- Initial New Patient Visit
- 40 min appointment, includes consultation, examination and any treatment rendered on first visit
- $228 cash/$240 credit
- Established Patient, New Problem Visit
- New or recurring problem that needs evaluation (30 min, includes consultation, examination and treatment)
- $171 cash/$180 credit
- Follow Up Visits
- Brief Visit (10 min)
- $57 cash/$60 credit
- Standard Visit (20 min)
- $114 cash/$120 credit
- Extended Visit or Re-Exam Visit (30 min)
- $171 cash/$180 credit
- Extra Extended Visit (40 min)
- $228 cash/$240 credit
- We are happy to provide you a detailed receipt (aka superbill) to submit claims to your PPO for direct reimbursement. Please notify us if you would like to request one.
Medicare Part B Patients
- Medicare Part B covers chiropractic spinal adjustments only when medically necessary. If receiving a covered chiropractic spinal adjustment during your visit, your estimated patient responsibility is approximately $30 less than our regular fees.
Cash Discount
- Save about 3% off of credit card rates by paying with cash at time of service. Please bring exact change.
Time of Service Discount
- All prices listed above are only for patients who pay at time of service. If we accept assignment and bill your insurance plan, please add 15% to the above fees.
Prepay/Prebook Discount
- Save total of 10% off credit rates by prebooking and prepaying with cash or check for 6+ visits. The visits can be shared across immediate family members.
