Class Format, Cost and Prerequisites
Each 50-minute class is led by a certified strength and conditioning coach and includes:

Breathwork & Mindfulness – cultivate focus and relaxation

Flexibility & Mobility – improve range of motion and joint health

Core Strength & Corrective Exercises – build a resilient foundation

Strength Training – functional movements for real-life strength
Class Size: 3–6 participants for personalized attention
Cost: $40 per class
Prerequisites
To join, participants must:

Be able to safely get to the floor and back up (a chair or box may be used for assistance)

Be cleared for exercise by a primary care physician

Be 18 years or older (or accompanied by a guardian)

We focus on low-tech, high-result tools you can find at the gym or home, including:

Frequency & Schedule
For optimal results, commit to 1–2 classes per week for at least 8 weeks.

Registration: First come, first served, so plan out your workout schedule.
Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 1 week in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
