Cardio Interval Training Classes

Learn how to improve your cardiovascular and metabolic fitness without injury.

Learn how to safely increase your cardiovascular and metabolic fitness through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Spring Interval Training (SIT) safely no matter what fitness level you are starting at.  Class runs weekly mid-May through mid-October.

Requirements/Equipment Needed: 

  • Open to all levels that can walk > 1 mile without sitting down  
  • Walking or running shoes and fitness clothing for the weather (outdoor class and cancelled for severe weather only)
  • Fitness watch that tracks pace, heart rate and time (any brand, but Garmin is preferred)

Each Class Includes:

  • Heart rate monitoring and zone training instruction
  • Walk and/or run, rucking, kettlebell intervals and more - everyone working at their own pace
  • Mobility warm up and cool down   

Cost:

  • $25 per class (pay as you go)
