Class Format
Each 50 minute class is taught by a certified strength and conditioning coach and will include:
- Breathwork and Mindfulness Practice
- Flexibility
- Core Strength and Corrective Exercises
- Strength Training
- 3-6 participants
Prerequisites
- Must be able to get to the floor and back up. Can use a chair or box for assistance.
- Cleared for exercise by primary care physician
- 18 years or older
Equipment
We believe in low tech, high results equipment that you can find at your gym or home including:
- TRX Suspenstion Trainers
- Boxes and Bars
- Kettlebells
- Bands
- Body Weight
- Foam Rollers
- Exercise Balls
Frequency
- For best results, commit to 1-2 classes per week for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Classes start May 6th, 2025
- Tuesday: 11:00am and 5:30pm
- Thursday: 11:00am and 5:30pm
- Registration is available first come, first serve -- so book yourself out for 8+ weeks
