Cost: $40 per class (HSA and FSA Qualified Expense)

Class Format

Each 50 minute class is taught by a certified strength and conditioning coach and will include:

  • Breathwork and Mindfulness Practice
  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength and Corrective Exercises
  • Strength Training
  • 3-6 participants

Prerequisites

  • Must be able to get to the floor and back up.  Can use a chair or box for assistance.
  • Cleared for exercise by primary care physician
  • 18 years or older (unless accompanied by guardian)

Equipment

We believe in low tech, high results equipment that you can find at your gym or home including:

  • TRX Suspenstion Trainers
  • Boxes and Bars
  • Kettlebells
  • Bands
  • Body Weight
  • Foam Rollers
  • Exercise Balls

Frequency

  • For best results, commit to 1-2 classes per week for a minimum of 8 weeks
    • Tuesday: 11:00am and 5:30pm
    • Thursday: 11:00am and 5:30pm
  • Registration is available first come, first serve -- so book yourself out
  • Must cancel with > 1 week to avoid late cancelation fee.
