Regular exercise is second only to regular chiropractic and massage therapy in it’s effectiveness in preventing neck pain.

Try out these three at-home exercises designed to improve your posture, strengthen your core and shoulders to reduce pressure on your neck.

To maintain your health, both for your heart and spine, experts agree that adults should be exercising at least 150 minutes per week.  That equals getting your heart rate up, strengthening muscles and MOVING for 30 minutes, 5 days a week.

If you are not getting in regular exercise, you are going to need more frequent chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy to stay moving well and pain-free.  Plus you will miss the other health benefits of being active.  This video is the last in the series of four specifically on neck pain — so check out more of our blog posts if you want to watch the other installments.  Please forward these videos/blogs to anyone you know who is suffering with neck problems. You never know how it might change their life!
