We evaluate each small group fitness client, one-on-one with the Functional Movement Screen, a screening tool that assesses your seven fundamental movement patterns, to determine where to start your fitness journey to maximize results and reduce injury risk. Our goal is to help you progress to traditional movements such as the hinge, squat, press, pull and carry, loading them as you are ready, to improve lean body mass, strength, balance and longevity.
